2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 (10 ounces) pkg. Chopped spinach frozen, thawed and drained
6 cups of marinara sauce
1 cup (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, partially grated and grated, divided

Preheat the oven to 375 °.

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and reserve.
2. Spray two 13 x 9-inch baking dishes with cooking oil and set aside.
3. Place cottage cheese and ricotta cheese in a food processor; Process until smooth.
